Activity Plan
Our Activity Plan was at the heart of everything we did. It is the document that we sent to the Heritage Lottery Fund to explain the way that we would celebrate this history and engage people with it. We believe that good projects have to adapt to circumstances as they progress. Nothing is set in stone. But, the Activity Plan probably explains the ethos behind the Eighth in the East better than anything and we are keen that you read it if you want to know more about us or need some inspiration for your own pitch for funding.
